NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

TOWNSHIP OF ABINGTON

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Abington Township, will hold a special public meeting on Wednesday, July 18, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. in the Township Municipal Building, 1176 Old York Road, Abington, Pennsylvania, to consider and take action upon the proposed Mutual Release and Settlement Agreement between Old York, LLC, Metropolitan Properties of America, Inc., the Township of Abington, and Kenneth J. Clark related to litigation between the aforementioned parties. The Board of Commissioners may consider any other business that may come before it.
