NOTICE OF CONDITIONAL USE HEARING
TOWNSHIP OF ABINGTON
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Abington Township, on Thursday, June 9, 2022, at 7:30 p.m. at the Abington Township Building, will hold a public hearing and take action on the following matter:
Applicant: Wissahickon Trails, in partnership with Abington School District
Property: For the property located at 1750 Edge Hill Road, Abington, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, known as Overlook Elementary School, and is identified as Montgomery County Tax Parcel No. 30-00-48440-00-4
This is an application requesting Conditional Use approval pursuant to Section 1503(B)(2)(f) of the Abington Township Zoning Ordinance to permit a naturalized stormwater management area within the Riparian Corridor Conservation District.
A copy of the application is on file with the Code Enforcement Office of the Township of Abington and may be reviewed by appointment only between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Please contact the Township at tcastorina@abingtonPA.gov or (267) 536-1003 to schedule an appointment.
