To register online, program participants must complete registration, waivers, and payment at Active.net. Please note, all participants must submit a Township Liability Waiver and Release.

Residents can register for programs by mail by submitting the program application, payment, and the Township's Liability Waiver and Release. Please note, the Township Liability Waiver and Release must be submitted for each participant. To download the application and waivers, please click here.

Residents can register for programs in person by completing the program application, payment, and the Township's Liability Waiver and Release. Visit either location below to complete and submit a registration form, waivers, and make payment. Payments accepted at these facilities include cash, check, MasterCard and Visa.

You will be considered registered for a program only after the proper forms and fees are received by the Parks and Recreation Department before the stated deadline. You will not receive a confirmation unless otherwise noted. Registration without accompanying fees will NOT be accepted.

As of 2021, the Liability Waiver and Release MUST be completed by every participant. The release can be completed during online registration, printed, or completed in person on the first day of the program. To print the forms, please click here.

Effective October 1, 2001 a 20% service fee will be charged to all refund requests. Requests must be made at least five (5) business days before a program, thirty (30) days before a trip is scheduled to begin. Refunds will not be issued once these dates have passed or a program begins.  Refunds will not be issued for pool memberships once the pool has opened. Refunds for pool memberships will also be charged the 20% service fee.

Weather or other conditions may force us to cancel/postpone a program. The Parks and Recreation Department will make every effort to make the decision as early as possible. If there is any question about the status of a program, please call our office at 215-576-5213 between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Notifications will be sent through ActiveNet to registered emails.
