NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION
TOWNSHIP OF ABINGTON
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Abington Township, at its regularly scheduled public meeting on February 13, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Township Building, 2nd Floor Board Room, 1176 Old York Road, Abington, Pennsylvania, 19001, will hold a public hearing on the following matter:
Applicant: Rare Hospitality International, Inc.
Subject: Application for inter-municipal transfer of a liquor license to Applicant’s business at 817 Old York Road, Jenkintown, Abington Township from Bridgeport Borough, Montgomery County. The hearing will be held for the purpose of receiving comments and recommendations of interested individuals residing within the municipality concerning Applicant’s intent to transfer a liquor license into the municipality of Abington Township.
