The subject property is within Abington Township’s Main Street High District, Ward # 11.
22-18: Innovative Implant & Oral Surgery request a special exception pursuant to the Comprehensive Use Matrix of Abington Township Zoning Ordinance §1102 to permit an F-2 Medical Office use within an existing building at 1494 Old York Rd. The subject property is within Abington Township’s Business Center District, Ward # 11.
22-19: Dr. Maikel Griages request a special exception pursuant to the Comprehensive Use Matrix of Abington Township Zoning Ordinance §1102 permit an F-2 Medical Office use in an existing building at 1375 Old York Rd. The subject property is within Abington Township’s Business Center District, Ward # 10.
A copy of the application and plans are on file with the Zoning Office and will be posted to www.abingtonpa.gov one week before the hearing.
