Conditional Use Hearing - 711 Fox Chase Rd. (St. Basil's)

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Abington Township, on Thursday, July 13, 2023, at 7:30 p.m. at the Abington Township Building, will hold a public hearing and take action on the following matter:

Applicant: Toll Mid-Atlantic LP Company, Inc.
Property: For the property located at 711 Fox Chase Road, Abington, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania and is identified as Montgomery County Tax Parcel Nos. 30-00-22424-00-1 and 30-00-22420-00-5

This is an application requesting Conditional Use approval pursuant to Section 1503.B.2.b of the Abington Township Zoning Ordinance to permit installation of a central sewer line in Zone Two of the Riparian Corridor Conservation District in conjunction with the proposal to redevelop the Property pursuant to the AR Age-Restricted Carriage Home Overlay District with 150 Age-Restricted Single-Family Attached Carriage Home Dwelling Units, accessory uses, and associated improvements. 

A copy of the application is on file with the Code Enforcement Office of the Township of Abington and may be reviewed by appointment only between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.  Please contact the Township at tcastorina@abingtonPA.gov or (267) 536-1003 to schedule an appointment.

Please note, this hearing will be held during the Board of Commissioners Working Session.
