Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Abington Township, at its regularly scheduled public meeting on August 10, 2023 at 7:30 p.m. in the Township Building, 2nd Floor Board Room, 1176 Old York Road, Abington, Pennsylvania, 19001, will hold a public hearing on the following matter:
Applicant: Ukrainian Educational and Cultural Center, Inc.
Subject: Application for inter-municipal transfer of a liquor license to Applicant’s business at 700 N. Cedar Road, Jenkintown, Abington Township from West Pottsgrove Township, Montgomery County. The hearing will be held for the purpose of receiving comments and recommendations of interested individuals residing within the municipality concerning Applicant’s intent to transfer a liquor license into the municipality of Abington Township.
