Vendors of all trades, services and goods are welcome. There are 50 vendor spots available. Each vendor area is 10' x 20' and costs $50.00. Vendors may reserve more than one spot at $50 per spot. Vendors will be chosen on a first-come, first-served basis. 

If you are interested in being a vendor, please submit our "Vendor Application" and required documents for consideration by August 17, 2019. You will receive a final event confirmation and instructions approximately one week prior to the event. You will be called the morning of the event if rain date implementation is necessary.  There will be no vendor registration the day of the event. All vendors must pre-register.

We ask you please read the "Conditions of Participation" in full and carefully before submitting an application. Paper copies of the application are available at Abington Township Building, 1176 Old York Road, Abington, PA 19001.

Please note, food truck Vendors or vendors who will be utilizing vehicles for natural gas, propane or electric cooking will be subject to a “Mobile Food Vehicle Inspection” by the Abington Township Fire Department (ATFD). Vendors should have completed and available in their vehicle, the ATFD’s “Mobile Food Vehicle Inspection Checklist” found below. Inspection is $35.00 and is due at the time of inspection. Refusal to participate or failure to pass the inspection will result in the ejection of the vendor from the festival. The Car Show will be held along Easton Road on Saturday, September 7. 2019. All cars are welcome. 

Pre-registration cost is $15.00 and ends September 5th. Day of registration is $20.00. To pre-register for the Car Show please mail in the below Registration Form to:

Day of registration is from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM with judging beginning at 4:00 PM. Cars should enter the Car Show at Woodland Road, behind Rite Aid in Roslyn Shopping Center. The Rain Date is September 8, 2019 from 12:00 to 5:00 PM. FESTIVAL:

The festival is a fun-filled event hosted by the Township for all Abington Township residents. Thousands of residents enjoy food, shopping, games, entertainment and more. For the Township to continue to provide, grow and market the event, we are asking for your support. This year we are offering four donor levels:

1. Platinum Donor, $1,001.00 +
2. Gold Donor, $501.00 - $1,000.00
3. Silver Donor, $101.00 - $500.00
4. Brass Donor, $25.00 - $100.00

CAR SHOW:

The Car Show proceeds benefit the Roslyn Boys and Girls Club. The Roslyn Boys and Girls Club is a staple of the Roslyn community. The clubs offers and hosts youth sport leagues, community programs, local organizations meetings, affordable summer camp, student scholarships and more to Abington Township residents. For the past 65 years, the club has helped build youth character and friendships throughout the Roslyn and Abington community. 

Your businesses or personal support will help the Roslyn Boys and Girls Club continue its mission and allow for a successful event. There are three types of sponsorships:

1. Best of Entire Show Trophy Sponsor & name/logo on festival banner and t-shirt, $300.00
2. Top Honor Plaque Sponsor & name/logo on festival banner and t-shirt, $200.00
3. Top 20 Plaque & name on festival banner, $50.00

Business are still open along Easton Road for the length of the festival. Patrons can park on adjacent roadways to access businesses. Easton Road will be closed from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on September 07, 2019 (Rain Date: September 8).

Road Closure

Easton Road will be closed from Susquehanna Road to Woodland Road from 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM for the event on Saturday, September 07, 2019 (Rain Date, Sunday, September 08).

Traffic Detour

North bound traffic will be detoured from Easton Rd. onto Edge Hill Rd. to Rockwell Rd. and to Old Welsh Rd. back to Easton Rd.  South bound traffic will be detoured from Easton Rd. onto Woodland Rd. to Rothley Ave. to Mildred Ave. back to Easton Rd. (There will be parking restrictions in this area) Trucks and buses will be detoured out Woodland Rd. to Fitzwatertown Rd. to Susquehanna Rd. back to Easton Rd.
